HARVEST AND WINEMAKING
At Bodegas Nabal, everything begins in the vineyard, at the most anticipated time of the year: the harvest. It is carried out by hand, as it has always been, a slower and more costly process, but one that allows the grape and the land—the foundation of high-quality wines—to be treated with the utmost care.
Each cluster is carefully picked and placed in small 15 kg boxes to preserve its integrity. Upon arriving at the winery, the grapes pass over a sorting table, where only the best continue in the process, marking from the very first moment the character of the wines.
All wines are made using gentle, natural methods that allow the grape to express itself freely. This is how Nabal wines are born: authentic, balanced, and true to their origin.
