Elaboration

The harvest and transportation are key steps in maintaining the quality of the grapes. Here at Nabal, we keep doing the harvest by hand in 15kg boxes, to keep the quality during the journey to the winery. Once the grapes arrive at the reception area, we choose the best ones through the selection belt, right befor entering the tanks just by gravity.

 

It is in these tanks that alcoholic fermentation takes place, starting spontaneously and holding natural and minimally invasive processes.

 

We take care of each step of the vinification, making sure that the wines receive the most gentle treatment possible.
