The grape harvest and transport are decisive to get a quality wine. At Nabal Winery we continue to harvest by hand in 15 kilogram boxes to increase the quality of the grape reception. Once it arrives at the winery, it goes to the selection table where the best grapes are chosen before entering the deposits.

The elaboration is made in stainless steel tanks, where fermentation takes place spontaneously. All Nabal wines are made by natural and minimally invasive processes, taking care that in each step of the process they receive a friendly treatment.
